Welcome to TradeRanges.com ("TradeRanges," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, content, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. For Informational and Educational Purposes Only

All content on TradeRanges.com, including but not limited to commentary, charts, market data, signals, ranges, and "mystery stock" clues, is provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

We are not providing:

• Personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice
• Recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security
• Advice tailored to any specific individual or situation

2. No Investment Advisory Relationship

• TradeRanges.com is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner.
• Your use of the Services does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship.
• All decisions to trade or invest are yours alone.

5. Use at Your Own Risk

You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any information from our Services.
• TradeRanges.com, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
• You waive any and all claims against us arising from your use of or reliance on our content.

6. User Accounts and Anonymity

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
• Upon sign-up, you will be assigned an anonymous codename (e.g., "ChartWolf92") used for public leaderboards.
• Your real name and email will never be publicly displayed.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

7. Premium Access and Subscriptions

• Some features are accessible only with a paid subscription, billed through Stripe.
• Premium subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Promotional premium access (e.g., 1-month free for 1 correct guess) expires automatically after the stated duration.
• No refunds will be issued except where required by law.

8. Leaderboards and Public Data

• Public leaderboards display only codenames, never personal details.
• Guess histories and other usage metrics may be aggregated for statistical or marketing purposes.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradeRanges.com, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

10. No Warranties

We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
